Run again??

today received letter from the police force to go interview.. it came so late..

strange how come need to bring tee shirt and short for the interview.. lol..dun tell me i mus run on spot or round their office.. RUN again??... haha

anyway their interview is next fri..also the day i sign my contract.. sianz..

napfa test

YAY! I passed the napfa test..

total of 23 points, a gold but i only gt 2 point for my inclined flexed arm..
so a Silver...haha..

some hav to retake the whole test cos of standing board jump.. feel so sianz for them.. they also keep complaining, hav to run the 2.4km again..

can u imagine if BMT, have to run everyday.. EAT AND RUN..
so far i only heard one of the gals, saying that she likes to run.. i can FAINT liao.. haha

only 9 gals in total, hope all can sign on..

should i go for it?? argh..my legs are aching..LOL..
